Thermography to monitor breast health & lymph drainage to maintain breast health
Breast tissue contains an abundance of lymph vessels. Unlike other areas of the body, the breast lacks sources of external compression, such as muscles or strong underlying fascia that promote natural lymphatic drainage. As a result, fluid has a tendency to stagnate, which may lead to breast pathologies. Poorly fitting or too tight bras may seriously constrict lymphatics, aggravating the fluid stagnation. Lymph drainage therapy can help with fibrocystic and inflammatory conditions. I do not treat lymphedema.
Superficial Lymph Pathways
My non-invasive breast care protocol prioritizes your modesty and comfort with secure draping—breasts remain fully covered throughout the session. The four "heads" of the LBG are placed on the breasts under a sheet. The LBG breaks up protein-bound toxins so they can be eliminated, and restores the negative charge to the lymph fluid. Simultaneously, I perform light-touch manual lymph drainage on surrounding areas, guiding lymph toward the appropriate nodes for optimal drainage.
Several days of being well-hydrated before your appointment is ideal, in order to maximize lymph fluid volume, making the session more effective.
I recommend twice/week for three weeks, then once/week for four weeks, then once/month.

Thermography visualizes physiological changes, for example: heat/thermal abnormalities, vascular abnormalities, thermal asymmetries, and inflammation. Breast thermography is used to monitor breast health. After your first thermography screening, you can begin the breast lymph drainage protocol. Your second thermography screening will then reflect the positive results of the lymph drainage.

Massage therapy has been my sole occupation since 1998 when I graduated from the Seattle Massage School. I am trained in the Bruno Chikly method of lymph drainage therapy.
